Inventory Relocation Notice - PRE ORDERS ONLY.

We would like to inform you that due to the relocation of our inventory to a new warehouse and the CNY holidays in our manufacturing facility in China, there will be a temporary disruption in our shipping services.

From 26th January to 5th February 2025, our production workers are on holiday with their families, and as a result, products cannot be shipped during this period. However, we want to assure you that orders can still be placed, and any inconvenience caused will be minimized. 

 Orders will be shipped out from 6th February onwards. 

We understand the importance of timely deliveries, and we are committed to resuming normal operations as soon as possible. A separate email will be sent to provide detailed information on shipment timelines.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support during this transition period. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and look forward to serving you with renewed efficiency once our relocation and holiday period conclude. 🙏🏼

PS - An additional $50 USD cash voucher (irrespective of your order value) will be sent via email- to the customers who place orders during this period (26th Jan - 6th Feb), as a compensation for the inconvenience caused. The coupon code sent can be used anytime after 6th Feb 2025. (no expiry date) 😁
