Refund policy
Refunds & Exchanges: We have temporarily suspended all product returns and exchanges due to the stock clearance in the ongoing sale. ORDERS ONCE PLACED ARE FINAL.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Cash refunds / Returns or exchanges are strictly discontinued for items ordered to a different size.
Bella Chix is not responsible for the styles not fitting correctly on customers once the package arrives. We provide size charts, clothing material, and other important information in the descriptions of all clothing pieces on our website. Returns/refunds are not allowed for incorrect sizing or not fitting or just because the item did not meet your expectation.
A) In the following cases, we will make an exchange or resend a new product at no cost to you:
1) The product is damaged (excluding if the package is damaged) except for minor damages caused due to courier/transportation services.
2) The product cannot be used because of poor condition due to courier damages (excluding not knowing how to use the item, no electronic products or products that we cannot check individually - such as headphones, lipstick, etc.)
3) The parcel has not been received by the customer within 60 days from the date of shipping (excluding if information shows delivered)
4) Buyer receives the wrong product
B) In case of damaged product received-
1) We will resend/exchange the same product at no additional cost to the customer, after confirmation of address and product size from the customer.
2) NO CASH REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED for damaged products, if products are bought on BOGO Sale or more than 20% OFF discount to the MRP (maximum retail price)

C) Items bought on Sale:
ALL ITEMS BOUGHT DURING ANY SALE ARE FINAL. Refunds are not initiated on items bought on sale (more than 20% OFF) or any stock clearance / Flash sale under any circumstance. Refunds are only eligible when purchased on MRP (maximum retail price).

D) Shipping Fees and timelines:
The shipping fee once paid by the customer is not refundable under any circumstance. We pass on the shipping fee to our shipping-courier partner (YUN Express, FedEx, DHL, UPS) - these shipping fees are non-returnable by nature from the above-mentioned shipping companies and hence we cannot refund the shipping cost to our customers (once the parcel is sent out of our warehouse)
During festival and sale periods- the express shipping deadlines may extend than usual because of the huge volume of orders and a limited supply of flights to the destination country. In such cases, packages tend to arrive later than promised timelines and hence the entire order value becomes non-refundable in nature.

E) Orders Placed via AfterPay / Shop Pay Installments:
Orders placed using AfterPay installments (Pay in 4) or Shop Pay Installments (Pay in 4) are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
Orders paid for via Afterpay / ShopPay Installments are not eligible for cancellation.
Bella Chix incurs heavy fees and interest on the customer's behalf which allows them to split their payments and enjoy the products beforehand, free of any interest or fees. When an order is canceled, both the interest and the fees paid to the payment gateway companies are not refunded back to Bella Chix, and hence this payment mode makes the order value "non-refundable/non-cancellable" in nature.
Note: It is considered that every customer agrees to the above-mentioned refund policies (A, B, C, D & E) when they are making any purchase at www.bellachix.co
CANCELLATIONS:
Requests for order cancellation must be notified to us within 24 hours of the order being placed and before the order is shipped out of our warehouse. (Not eligible for Afterpay / ShopPay Installments)
Desires for the right of order cancellation must be sent to mail: hello@bellachix.co The notice must clarify your wish for the right of cancellation.
Note:
In some rare cases, we will have to re-bill you for items that have to be reshipped due to issues that are not our responsibility.
For example, the buyer provides an incorrect address, the delivery fails and needs to be re-sent (buyer did not collect the delivery), the buyer makes an error and chooses the wrong color or size and needs to be re-sent.
