 We ship all orders directly from our China warehouse. Orders are not processed at weekends or bank holidays

As we are operating at a reduced capacity, our dispatch times are a little longer than usual right now although we are working super hard to get your orders shipped asap! We are sending orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for incorrect shipping information and a refund is not possible in this case.

Standard delivery time is 14 to 28 business days ( 2 to 4 weeks) from the date that your item is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that the order was placed. Depending on your location, delivery time will vary.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with your local post office. We do not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered.
